Graduate Student
Biography
George Adamson is a first-year graduate student at UTK perusing a PhD in
Nuclear engineering program. He has recieved a Physics B.S. with a
mathematics minor at Drew University and has previous research experience
with 2D materials at the Laboratory for Physical Sciences (LPS), located in
Maryland in the summer of 2022. At UTK he is working with High Entropy
Alloys and High Entropy oxides in extreme environments with the use of
Swift heavy ion and x-ray diffraction
